All Weather Silicone is a high-performance, 100% silicone designed for watertight, flexible seals on many interior and exterior applications, including areas exposed to UV and harsh weather. This neutral cure silicone has low odor, strong adhesion, mold and mildew resistance, and stays permanently flexible in even the most demanding conditions. Meets ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Use NT, G, A, O. Class 35. Exterior/Interior.

Typical Uses: Ideal for sealing around windows, doors, siding, trim, and molding. Use on vents, basements, attics, and around wires and pipes. Excellent adhesion to vinyl, many plastics, metal, aluminum, glass, fiberglass, stucco, plaster, masonry, and wood – painted or unpainted.

Instructions: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and dust/grease free. When sealing deep joints, use foam backer rods to minimize wastage. Prime porous materials prior to use. Cut the tip of the cartridge without damaging the threaded area. Screw on nozzle and cut at an angle of 45° to an opening slightly larger than the gap to be sealed. Apply using a standard caulking gun and tool down using appropriate tool. After use, clean tools with mineral spirits before product dries.

Limitations: Risk of yellowing in low UV light. Not for use in aquariums or on bitumen, asphalt, or tar surfaces. Painting not recommended. Sealant may tear if exposed to movement before curing; protect new joints for at least 3 hours. Do not apply to frozen or frost-covered surfaces.

Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions, at a temperature between 41°F (5°C) and 77°F (25°C). Use within 12 months from date of manufacture.
