Premium General Use Sealant

All Purpose Silicone is a highly flexible silicone rated for indoor and outdoor use with excellent adhesion and durability that is ideal for areas exposed to heavy wear, high humidity and harsh elements. It has strong adhesion to a variety of surfaces, is fast skinning, shrink and crack proof, and has a long-lasting antifungal. Meets ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Use NT, G, A, O. Class 25. Exterior/Interior.

Typical Uses: For many general household applications, including sealing window and door frames, trim and siding, as well as indoor applications including basins, bathtubs, showers, sinks, and countertops, where a flexible, mold resistant seal is required. Excellent adhesion to glass, ceramic, aluminum, many plastics, porcelain, wood, and most paints.

Instructions: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and dust/grease free. When sealing deep joints, use foam backer rods to minimize wastage. Prime porous materials prior to use. Cut the tip of the cartridge without damaging the threaded area. Screw on nozzle and cut at an angle of 45° to an opening slightly larger than the gap to be sealed. Apply using a standard caulking gun and tool down using appropriate tool. After use, clean tools with mineral spirits before product dries.

Limitations: Not suitable for use on concrete, marble, galvanized steel, copper, brass, or lead, or for fixing mirrors or aquarium assembly. Apply at temperatures above 41°F (5°C).

Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions, at a temperature between 41°F (5°C) and 77°F (25°C). Use within 24 months from date of manufacture.
