Premium All Weather Window & Door Sealant

All Weather Silicone is a high-performance, neutral cure oxime silicone sealant designed to withstand harsh weather, UV rays, and driving rain. Its low-odor formula delivers strong adhesion to a wide range of surfaces - including coated metals like Kynar® - with no shrinkage or staining. It stays permanently flexible and forms a durable, watertight seal on windows, doors, siding, gutters, and exterior joints.

Watertight, flexible seal for interior and exterior use.
Resists UV rays and harsh weather.
Neutral cure with low odor.
Strong adhesion.
Stays permanently flexible in demanding conditions.
Risk of yellowing in low UV light.
Not for use in aquariums or on bitumen, asphalt, or tar surfaces. Painting not recommended.
Sealant may tear if exposed to movement before curing; protect new joints for at least 3 hours.
Do not apply to frozen or frost-covered surfaces.

Ideal for sealing and weatherproofing exterior and interior joints including windows and door frames, siding, trim, molding, gutters, vents, attic openings, basement penetrations, and around pipes, wires, and utility entries.

Excellent adhesion to: vinyl, many plastics, metal, aluminum, glass, fiberglass, stucco, plaster, masonry, and wood – painted or unpainted.

Meets ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Use NT, G, A, O. Class 35.
