It stays flexible for years, so it resists cracking and shrinking as your roof expands and contracts with temperature changes. It holds up under standing water, resists mold and mildew, and keeps its protective properties through years of sun and weather exposure.

Product Use: Roof Seal: Oxime Silicone performs well on a wide range of roofing substrates, including modified bitumen, built-up roofing, spray polyurethane foam, single-ply membranes, metal roofing, concrete, and existing coatings. Asphalt and modified bitumen roofs need a coat of Bond It Asphalt Bleed Blocker first. This product is not recommended for polyethylene, polypropylene, or PTFE surfaces.

Our Customer Care team will review and confirm your submission within 1 business day and share next steps to complete your warranty. After completing the installation according to our guide, submit your final warranty registration within 30 days of finishing. Keep up with annual inspections and prompt repairs using Bond It approved materials to stay covered for the warranty period.
