Bond It Launches New Roof Seal Oxime Silicone Formulation

Bond It has launched its newly formulated Roof Seal: Oxime Silicone, a high-performance, 100% silicone roof coating engineered to deliver long-lasting waterproof protection for commercial low-slope roofing systems.

Developed and manufactured in the USA, the new formulation has been engineered to provide dependable all-weather performance while making roof restoration a practical alternative to a complete tear-off and replacement.

Built for Long-Term Roof Protection

The high-solids formulation builds quickly in a single coat, providing reliable coverage with a smooth, self-leveling finish. Once cured, Roof Seal remains permanently flexible, allowing it to move with the roof while resisting cracking, shrinking and damage caused by long-term exposure.

The coating is designed to withstand some of the toughest conditions experienced by commercial roofs, including ponding water, UV exposure and everyday weathering.

Its reflective finish can also help reduce heat absorption and associated energy costs, while extending the service life of an existing roof system.

One-Coat Application

Roof Seal can be applied at 40 mils in a single coat, helping reduce labor compared with conventional two-coat systems. Its walk-on durability also helps it withstand foot traffic without tearing or cracking.

Suitable applications and substrates include metal roofing, concrete, existing silicone coatings, fresh SPF spray polyurethane foam, modified bitumen, smooth built-up roofing and aged single-ply membranes including TPO, PVC and EPDM.*

Roof Seal is Class A Fire Rated (ASTM E108), FM 4470 certified and CRRC Cool Roof Rated in white, alongside additional system certifications and approvals.
