Restoring 350,000 Square Feet of Foam Roofing Across a 60-Building Residential Community

The Challenge

The existing foam roofs had reached the stage where restoration was needed to maintain their performance and extend their service life. The community required a solution that would provide a seamless waterproof membrane while allowing future repairs and maintenance to be completed quickly and efficiently.

The Solution
